AT&T Long Distance USA Complaint - Back Billing
POMONA, CALIFORNIA -- Western University of Health Sciences had a 3 year contract with AT&T to carry all of our long distance services. The last year of the contract was the worst. We were charged back billing for two years of service in the amount of $20,000. AT&T says they have every right to back bill up to two years if they made a mistake.
They say that we weren't being charged for the actual circuit itself but were being charged for the calls made. Nowhere in the contract does it state that we have to pay for circuit charges.
I'm disputing this with AT&T and it has taken over a year to get a response.
