Sprint Complaint - Anyone as Frustrated as I ???
TACOMA, WASHINGTON -- I've been with Sprint for a while now, and I've had one problem after another with there billing and customer service.
There was one time that I thought one person was really nice and helpfull, but it was two good to be true. I went into a store to pay a bill, and this young man asked me how would I like to get a new phone and save money on my bill each month? Sounds good to me, I said what's the catch? Nothing he said, I latter come to find out that by lowering my bill he took min. away from me.
Anyways this month I get this huge bill, I've been double charged. I call customer service only to have it disconnect on me every time before I even get to talk to someone.
So I'll go to a store right? Wrong. When I opened my acct. I lived over 30 miles away from where I now live. I've called and said that I moved so I needed to find a new location to pay my bill.
They give me one at our local mall, guess what, they don't take payments there. I'm then told to just pay over the phone. What happened to options, how do I pay with cash over the phone?
So I was late paying my bill and I got disconnected last week. I get a notice in the mail TODAY to pay in 6 days only then will my phone be shut off. What? I've had no service for a week now. So I call the customer service line to fix my over charged bill, and get service back.
I call the first time. I hold for 4 1/2 min. there's nothing, silence. I call so much that I know somethings wrong, Sprint has background noise.
I call back I wait for 15 1/2 min. then the phone reads signal lost. No big deal except the fact that I talk in that location almost daily, and I've never lost signal there. I call back, 26:07 latter a man finally comes to the line I say hello. The man on the other line keeps saying say your number area code first I start saying it and he repeats himself. I start again, he repeats again. He then says this call must be dropped please call back. CALL BACK???????????????
I've been trying to call 46:07 worth.
When you call it's says it's a longer then usual wait, for the amount of my waits, I'm sure that there are more disappointed people out there then me.
To think that I've had my Mom and Dad sign up with Sprint, and my sister and her boyfriend also, they just ordered and haven't even gotten there phones yet. I give them business, and what do I get in return???
I'm fed up. If anyone knows any other great family plans where we can keep our same numbers please let me know?
I put lots of money into that company only to deal with this much stress is unbelievable.
