LEBANON, PENNSYLVANIA -- We were delighted to reveive a Pro Chef Premium toaster oven for a Xmas gift from our daughter. Krups, to us represented that she bought us the best in quality. However, we have had a problem from day one with the lower heating element. Intermittently the element does not work. We took it to one of your authorized warranty center and was advised they could find nothing wrong with it. Well, it still does not work every so often, then it decides to work again. Needless to say we are disturbed with your product.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
We realize it is out of warranty, however we would like a solution to this irritating problem.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
