MISSOULA, MONTANTA -- I became a customer of Aarons by fate. The company I was using was bought by Aarons. It has been a nightmare of problems.. The turn-over rate is exceptional, and generally there's a complete turn over of staff every 6 months, which means you spend your time repeating yourself over and over. I have been stalked, harassed, threatened and have been stuck with crappy second rate merchandise. Now, I'm stuck with a leaking washing machine that had ruined my brand new floor, and Aarons seems instant that there's nothing wrong with the machine. How'd the water get all over the floor and ruin it? I guess the water fairy put it there.

Find an appliance repair person to check the machine out. It may something relatively simple and inexpensive to repair.

we are going into arrbitration with bbb, the repair man says "they can't find anything wrong with it", however, my floor is saying something else.
