Cruise Value Center Complaint - Amenities promised
NEW JERSEY -- Booked an Alaskan cruise seven months ago and CVC promised a dinner for two and wine for special anniversary. HAL has yet to show the gift on our fully-paid cruise reservation. Phone calls and emails go six weeks at a time unanswered by CVC employees, supervisors promise follow-up and still no satisfaction. Cruise was booked in person, not via internet, and the agent says you pay a little more than posted internet prices because "you get me to answer questions and handle your cruise." Never again, next time back to AAA where service comes first.
