McDonalds/Palmer Alaska Complaint - Sour food/no response

Review by misspriss on 2007-06-21
PALMER, ALASKA -- Even though I hate Mickey D's, I go there because of the grandchildren. Today we tried their chicken selects. The chicken was not only dried out it had a very sour taste to it. I live 20 miles (to and from) away from MacDonalds so I called and asked for the manager, I was told that he was unable to come to the phone. I called back an hour later and still could not speak to anyone other than a teenager. I strongly urge everyone to go to another place to get a burger/chicken strips. Your money is good but you are not.

They HAVE to be better than those god awful nuggets.

At times they can be worse. Dried out and all.
MissP, good luck in the future. Maybe try one before leaving the place. Don't feel bad though a former member here has a husband that purchased the "Nuggets" instead of the "Strips" by mistake twice! Can you imagine what his daughter thought of him?

I happen to like the Chicken Selects, but I can tell when they've just been made of when they've been lying around for a while. I would also taste the food before you leave. There is a corporate number you can call McDonalds at for issues like this. The number is 1-800-244-6227. Good luck!
