Mr. Z's Complaint - Unsatisfied customor

Review by Tina M on 2007-06-22
BARRE, VERMONT -- Our office put in an order over $50.00 from Mr. Z's. We got the order back to our office and were very dissapointed in the amount of food. For example I order a veggie sandwhich, I only had lettuce, one chunk of tomato, and very few onions. I had sweet potato french fries and there were 20 fries and I did indeed count them. The other orders were different things but were very skimpy on the portions. I called and asked for the manager. I described the orders and he said yes I did see them go out, I asked if he looked in them and he said he did not. I said is 20 fries suffcient in the order and he said yes. I described my sandwhich to him and I asked if we could be compinsated for the skimpy orders and he said no that they were suffcient. I said we put in a $50.00 order and are very unsatisfied and he said that there is nothing he could do. I said fine we just wont order from him again and he said ok and hung up.

We are so disgusted on how we were treated and with the skimpy orders.

You won't order again from this place, and it doesn't sound like they care too much.

I'm not entirely sure I agree with marking this review as a complaint. This is just how the world works; you pay for a product or service, and if it is less than what you expected, you go somewhere else. Remember, they didn't promise you anything other than to deliver what they sell, which they did. This should be classified as informative, not complaint.

That sounds like a lot of money for what you ordered. I'm with you on this one.
