Sprint Complaint - Sprint made a mistake that cost me 2 days of business.
WASHINGTON -- Sprint disconnected my cell phone June 15 and 16th 2007 last week for 2 days without notice or warning. I called the *2 for CS and my balance was zero, I waited over 40 minutes to speak with CS and found out that The fraud dept disconnected my phone based on an extra line they saw on my bill, That has been there since 2005 mmmm!. After 3 phone calls totaling 6 hours of wait time and explanation and 2 days later my phone was turned on. I lost 2 days of business with clients and 6 hours of time and lots of frustration. And a lot of "OH MA I AM SORRY". I was told this was a glitch in the system. It should not have occured. Through this episode, I found out that Sprint CS did not make a change to my account based on my march 23, 2007 phone call to increase my minutes and plan for the next billing cycle. which would have been 4-12to 5-12 2007 I was out of town and just paid the bill over the phone. After i reviewed the bill I discovered that Sprint did not increase my plan based on the March 23, call. The bill at $406. was paid by me, with no questions asked, but no plan changes had been made and I was paying for the minutes they said I went over. When in fact with the new plan I did not go over. I was given my mony back by a credit to the next month bill.I havent seen it yet! ONCE again no compensate to me for my time or troubles, My LOSS of business no one seems to understand that if SPRINT lost 2 days of business it would be costly based on another large companies mistake someone would be getting a compensation. The CS rep informed me that I had not balance due on my bill yet therefore not real reason to disconnect me expect the MISTAKE by the other dept. Pass the buck people!!!! At this time I was informed that I was over my minutes for the next billing cycle. This is all within one week, Then Sprint CS told me the reason for the disconnect was that I went over my minutes, not true no bill was due. I was already told by 2 CS people that it was a glitch in the system and they were sorry that I lost 2 days of business etc.... I asked how are you going to compensate me for the 2 days of missed business and my time...I was given 100 free minutes. I said no!!!!!! 2 DAYS OF MISSED BUSINESS. invalid disconnect and not appling my new plan and charging me the wrong amount and costing me hours and days. I was told how about 75.00 credit I said NO!!! Two days of no phone for your mistake!!!!!!!!! I said how about giving me credit for the minutes that I went over and we will call the whole thing good. Sprint SC supervisor named Sophie said no! I said lets split the charges she said NO! so here I am and I am looking to get compensated for sprints errors and time and cost to my business!!!!!!!!!! I need a reple soon.... SPRINT I will be calling the offices on monday etc.
