Bradley Executive Limousine Complaint - Bradley Executive Limo - no promise kept!!
MIAMI, FLORIDA -- I booked a limo for myself and some friends to pick us up in Miami and take us to our cruise in Fort Lauderdale. I received an online quote and then called to book the limo and give my credit card for payment. When I booked the limo I needed something large enough for 6 people and 12+ pieces of luggage since we were going on a transatlantic cruise.
The limo company booked an SUV and when I called to reconfirm a few days before the manager told me the car may not be big enough for all the luggage. Worst case was we would get a cab to carry some of the luggage.
Got to the airport and after spending a lot of time tracking down the missing driver, we couldn't fit everything in the car. I called the dispatch for the company and spoke to a guy named Jay. He told me to pay for the cab and then send him my receipt after the trip. I did as he asked and talked to him when I got back. He told me to fax in the receipt and they would reimburse me.
When I received the check from Bradley, it was for less than half of what I paid. I sent Jay an email and asked what happened. I let him know I expected to be reimbursed for the full amount or I would go to the BBB.
Here is where it gets really fun!! Not only did Jay refuse to pay, but he contacted my company to try and get me in trouble for emailing him during business hours!! Isn't that great!! Not only did he not stand behind what he promised, but he was more interested in being vindicitive than in fixing the problem or even explaining the decision.
If you need to book a car service, avoid Bradley. They do NOT believe in customer service and if you have the misfortune of dealing with Jay from Bradley, expect the worst!
