MCI/Worldcom Complaint - Phone Dropping And Being Charge $2.00 Connection Fee
SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA -- Since January 2007 from r.J. Donovan state prison inmates are calling love ones to only have the phone calls dropped after a minute and we are being charge $2.00 Connection every time I have had this problem since January to only get a credit of $6.22 According to MCI but I haven't even seen that. When you call MCI which you can only tell your calls are being transferred to India or somewhere over seas and not getting any kind of help at all. They are rude and really can care less. Just recently I called MCI to get my balance. On the 21st of June I called top get my balance in which it was something like $27.00 In which I paid $35.00 So there should of been a credit. Now it just June 26, 2007 in which I have only received 5 calls since the 21th of June and my balance is already $45.78 Something is not right.I have been paying this MCI bill for one year never been late on payment just last month I sent a check for $100.00 Instead of $112.00 And they cut my phone off. MCI is a joke to bad the prison doesn't have a choice of what company they can go with there must be some kick backs going on with this scam.
