Scottsdale Justice Court Informative - Justice denied - Legal services

Review by justice denied on 2007-06-27
OAKLAND, CALIFORNIA -- Judge (name removed) and the entire Scottsdale justice court needs to be investigated for the delivery of poor customer service and the denial of justice. I traveled from San Francisco to Scottsdale to a trial conducted by judge (name removed) in which the plaintiff, an ex-boyfriend sued me for the cost($6700)of a car that he purchased for me in an attempt to redeem a soured relationship after he was unfaithful. Despite the fact that he admitted that he FORGED my signature to a Power of Attorney, judge (name removed) awarded him a judgment. The plaintiff has subsequently retrieved the vehicle, but he is also garnisheeing my wages in compliance with the judgment from judge (name removed), who showed "contempt" for me by preziding over two other cases during the process of my trial, which included conducting a marriage ceremony and an employment dismissal case, as well as signing documents for his clerk. This cost me additional court time and attorney's fees. The plaintiff (name removed) is currently trying to ruin me financially with this unfair, unjust judgment, I am a 65 year old, retired widow, who made a mistake in " trying to find love in all the wrong places". I am appealing to you to investigate the validity of my claim that I have been discriminated against because of my race, gender, and an indifferent judge (name removed).

Why are you complaining about this years later?

Four years after the case?? Race card?? Who ever told you that the judge was required to concentrate only on your case, to the exclusion of all else? Don't you know how crowded court dockets are nowadays? Since this is a Superior Court case, you had the chance to appeal the decision. Sorry, but you lost, and it is way too late to do anything about it now.
