Mercantilla Complaint - No service or delivery

SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA -- I ordered a Hunter fan from the Mercantila site. They proceeded to state shipment was made, providing tracking numbers through UPS. After a month, there has been no service, no delivery, no response, no follow up and no fan. I contacted UPS and they state the number provided is false. I contacted the company on numerous occasions and received nothing but excuses. I talked to a supposed supervisor and he promised to get back to me. All they do is try to wear you down or allow time to pass so that your credit card company will not take action. They get your credit card money and then they have excuses, but they do not deliver the goods.
They are an internet site and do not really provide goods that they offer. Avoid them at all costs. I will get my refund through my credit card company, but I am sure there are others that have not had positive results from this shell of a company. They are very effective scam artists.
