Soliel Southeby Real Estate Informative - False Advertising - Real Estate

Review by sohail on 2007-06-27
VENTNOR HEIGHTS, NEW JERSEY -- Advertising a burnt down property as a 3 BR house without mentioning that it needs to be demolished. Implying that there is a deal available, when its the price of land on half a property.

I guess NJ doesn't have any laws against it.

Shame on you.

Unrelated, but somewhat related, I was searching some properties online through Realtor.com the other day and came across a bunch of condos for sale that seemed to be a decent deal. Only after requesting further info did I discover they were only selling TIMESHARES and the price on realtor.com was for 2 months worth of the timeshare per year. Shady marketing in my opinion... there was no mention of timeshare in the ad. Wish I could remember the name of the company...
