EGG HARBOR TWP, NEW JERSEY -- Advertising a property for 99,500 as 2.29 Acres with a century old house, but the real price is 435,000.
That is out right lie, I guess nj has no law against it, but morally it is wrong.
Shame shame shame. Any one coming across their listing please approach carefully.

Was it a advertisment in the paper or magazine? It sounds like a misprint which is beyond there control.

Was it on the net? I assume it was an error because people who can afford $99,500 are normally not the same ones who can afford $435,000. So the realtor is simply defrauding themselves. Again, I assume it was just an error. Do you have ad or site?
