MCI/Worldcom Complaint - MC"Y" WorldCom Wirelss Not returning security deposit
AUSTIN, TEXAS -- Almost 2 year ago $250 was withdrawn from my account for a "security deposit", Nov. 11, 2000. I terminated my contract without a early termination fee, due to a "migration" and I was not able to get the plan I had sign on for, but it was not easy. Customer service is a nightmare. I spent hours a weeks, trying to find a competant representive, who was also resonable. I was tossed aroung to Florida, Pheonix, New York and Texas. No one seem to be to help when I really needed, and my bill was average $125 a month, that should buy something! It is a year, since the cancellation of service and I have yet to recieve the security deposit. I have sent 5 faxes!!! The same exact one time and time again. Each CSR, say "they will help but they need the fax", "fax it to me, I will get it taking care of"..BLAH,BLAH,BLAH. I have sent notice to the BBB, the FTC and tried to have it disputed with my bank, but they have a 180 day dispute policy. I am out of options at this point. If anyone has any ideas.....share!!!
