Etenmanns Complaint - Questionable P. R. Policy
NEW JERSEY -- After complaining about a product I was told that a reply was not Neccesaryly Forthcomming. What kind of P. R. Is that?

How did you submit your complaint? Via a web site or a telephone call or snail mail?
Many web sites are set up to automatically respond to e-mails with a message that individual responses are not "Neccesaryly Forthcomming (sic)."
This is simply an acknowledgement that your e-mail was received. It does not mean your complaint won't be read and acted on.
All too often company e-mail accounts end up on spam lists, so they don't respond to each e-mail they receive.
And if I saw "Neccesaryly Forthcomming" instead of "necessarily forthcoming" on a web site, I'd probably think that the site had been hacked.
