Your Eye in the Sky Complaint - Security System Contractor Complaint

FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA -- This company has provided unsatisfactory customer service. I have paid them in full for three years of security service. This is only the second year and the service has been nerve recking. They have failed to provide efficient security control system support. For the past three months, I have been contacting them for service on my home security monitoring system. They have been unavailable for customer support and do not respond to customer dissatisfactions. Plus the staff has exhibited inappropriate attitude and comments to me as a customer.

Read your contract to see how you can cancel their service.

Exactly what service are you charging they are not supplying? Does the alarm system not go off when the perimeter is breached? What is efficient security system control support? I have been a police officer and I often function as a security consultant, and what you are saying makes no sense to me. Would you elucidate, please?

I am having the same trouble. Installed in Oct 2006 and 2 months to get billing corrected. Home system hasN"t worked correctly for 6 months. Even the monitoring people have been complaining to me about the trouble signals. They make service appointments then don't keep them or even call to let you know they aren't coming. One of their "service managers" who arrived to fix it said they don't have a service dept. He said they ask installers to fix the problems and they don't make as much money on a repair as an install. Have repeatedly asked the manager/owner for a return phone call. Still waiting. . . Tried complaining to the Lease Company they use. They don't care either. When I signed up I was promised equipment, Service/repair, and monitoring for the 5 year term. HA! Leasing company wants total term $ even though the equipment doesn't work and so it is not being monitored either. THIS IS BAD!!!

I just tried to post to both email addresses listed on the myflorida website for vendor information. First automated email says richd@yeits.com no longer works for Your Eye in The Sky. Second email says info@yeits.com is undeliverable. I am starting to think that they left town????
