Lightingbygregory.com Complaint - Unwillingness to provide service
I ordered a ceiling fan from this company, who immediateley put the charge through on my card. After making several inquiries by phone and e-mail (very difficult to do through their site) regarding when I could expect delivery, with absolutely no response, I finally connected with a "customer service" rep to attempt to cancel the long-awaited order. He advised that the only way I could cancel the order was by e-mail. I attempted that several times over several days (again no response), only to receive an e-mail that it would ship "over the next several days". I again sent an e-mail requesting cancellation to be met with "we never received any communication from you" and "there is a 25% restocking fee for cancelled orders".
STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY...LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNFAIR PRACTICES!
