Auto Parts Warehouse.com Complaint - Wrong items, LATE or NO shipment!

NATION-WIDE, CALIFORNIA -- On May 2, my Nissan Dealer told me my TOP engine mounts were broken on my '95 Altima. That day, I ordered 2 TOP mounts from AUTOPARTS WAREHOUSE.COM (by phone agent). Got 1 within three days, but not the other.

I SPOKE TO 7 DIFFERENT SUPERVISORS over the next SIX WEEKS--all who assured me the other one would be promptly shipped.

June 15, I wrote an irate e-mail, which got their attention. I got my other mount within 2 days.

BUT, THEY WERE BOTH BOTTOM ENGINE MOUNTS!! (My repair shop had to get the correct ones from his own source.)

Through all this, AUTOPARTSWAREHOUSE.COM can't seem to do ANYTHING right.

When buying Nissan parts, you need the engine number. Don't ask me why, but I had a Toyota, and it was the same story. When buying parts for Asian cars, you need the engine number, otherwise you will get the wrong part. I had someone explain it to me once, but I have forgotten why.

i love shopping auto parts online, I'm from down-town so i have to order using the internet thank God i found this site because they treated me fairly,plus the site is reliable and very efficient. some may find it absurd but for me, as long as they're doing the right thing and the way they handle their customers properly like the way they treat me, then this is the site to be.
