Auto Parts Warehouse.com Complaint - Wrong items, LATE or NO shipment!
NATION-WIDE, CALIFORNIA -- On May 2, my Nissan Dealer told me my TOP engine mounts were broken on my '95 Altima. That day, I ordered 2 TOP mounts from AUTOPARTS WAREHOUSE.COM (by phone agent). Got 1 within three days, but not the other.
I SPOKE TO 7 DIFFERENT SUPERVISORS over the next SIX WEEKS--all who assured me the other one would be promptly shipped.
June 15, I wrote an irate e-mail, which got their attention. I got my other mount within 2 days.
BUT, THEY WERE BOTH BOTTOM ENGINE MOUNTS!! (My repair shop had to get the correct ones from his own source.)
Through all this, AUTOPARTSWAREHOUSE.COM can't seem to do ANYTHING right.
