Inn Suites Hotels Tempe Complaint - Unacceptable Standards and Customer Service

TEMPE, ARIZONA -- Days without hot water were handled by management very unprofessionally. After contacting the manager's office each day, the front desk personnel did nothing to offer alternative accommodations. Simply stated the obvious that there was no hotwater in that wing of the hotel. The situation was not corrected for 3 days.

The laundry area was extremely unsafe with standing water on the floor. Management's attention was again ineffective and the problem persisted.

The smell in the bathrooms due to mold and mildew was corrected with the house services spraying air freshener on the floor at such high concentration we gagged.

We had stayed previously with minor problems but were willing to overlook them as a result of busy management and personnel issues. However on our last stay after all of the above occurred we attempted to discuss the situation with management and our calls were not returned. You would think that a company would have enough sense to discuss complaints with customers who spent $5000.00 as return visitors to rectify such poor service and at least credit for the days we had no hot water!

We DO NOT recommend anyone stay at this establishment.
