Her-Styler Complaint - Terrible consumer service and distribution of products that do not work
NEW YORK -- I am completely appalled by the way her-styler conducts service. I purchased a $200 hair straightener from a kiosk station in a very reputable mall in Long Island about a month ago. Even though the service rep was completely rude i still purchased the product against my better judgment.
I used the straightener once. I pressed it against my hair and heard something pop. It popped against my head. something in the ceramic. Things happen i wasn't angry, i just went back and wanted to exchange it for another one. The service reps were once again rude and very obnoxious. saying that somehow it had to be my fault and they wanted to double check to make sure the thing broke... $200 dollars you wouldn't expect the product to break on the first use. Well they exchanged it for a second one. ONCE AGAIN i used the thing once and it no longer works.
Now I am stuck exchanging the straightener for another one because they have a no refund policy. I am very angry because after the second one doesn't work you would expect them to refund my money. What ever happened to the customer is always right. that's the problem with businesses now they don't care about the product. they care more about the money...
