Igia Complaint - Crappy Product worse Customer Service
Last month while on vacation I bought the Pore Cleanzer and on the 1st use it stopped working. I have sent 2 e-mails to the company requesting information on how to get the unit exchanged. I have only recieved only the automated response stating I will get a reply shortly and I was also automatically placed on their satisfied customer list and have began getting advertisments for additional products (AS IF) I realized I was not going to get a response so I began trying to call the company. I have as of yet to actually talk with a person. I am now posting my complaint on as many web-sites as possible and will be informing anyone and everyone I can how well this company treats their SATISFIED customers.
