JVC Informative - Customer Service Made My Life Miserable - Televisions

I was never so devastated by what JVC did to me. They lied and lied and lied and transfered me to 20 different people. They promised call backs and broke them. The product comes with an in home warranty..I promise jvc almost gave me a heart attack...Guess what after 6 months of a broken tv in my house I still have to look at this broken unit that wont be replaced or repaired....

Please beware..Or hope your product doesn't brake.

What was the problem? You did not provide details...

e.g. model, size, issues (snow pictures, distorted colors, etc).

Just buy another TV. Six months with a broken TV? Imagine all the quality programming and culture you missed out on... wait a minute. Don't buy a new TV, just read.
