CameraAddict.com Complaint - Equipment ordered - bad customer service

I ordered a camcorder from this website because they offered the best price. I chose next day shipping because I had an event in a week for which I was ordering the product. There was a problem with shipping which I wasn't notified of and only found out about when I called a week later (it still hadn't been shipped). They said it was going out that night and would be in my hands the next day. The next day it hadn't come and I had to go to work. Tracking said the billing info was received, but not the package. My attempts to find out if this was in fact the case by contacting the company were met with my being told to call tomorrow to speak with customer service and hung up on. HUNG UP ON.

Do not use this company if good customer service means anything to you.

update. After posting this review of Cameraaddict's poor service, they offered compensatory apologies. Though I was extremely disappointed in the service, they did make efforts to make ammends and promised to take measures to ensure this doesn't happen again as well a disciplinary action for my having been hung up on. I'm still not certain I would use them again if I needed something quickly, but I feel they resloved it as adequately as possible.
