HAWAII -- Two-thirds of my bathroom fixtures came right away. The rest of the order was back-ordered but never came. HomeAnnex representative was responsive at first and assured us it would come. They explained it takes at least 8 weeks for the manufacturer, Herbeau to ship it from France . After 12 weeks had passed and still no products, HomeAnnex became less responsive. We also contacted Herbeau directly in France and the representative said an order through them would be shipped in days but the company we were dealing with, HomeAnnex in fact did not work directly with Herbeau. HomeAnnex in fact sales items that are returns or display items from other companies. Herbeau did try to help us by contacting HomeAnnex but to no prevail. After 90 days I finally decided to ask for a refund. I just wanted to return the few items they did send and refund what still was on backorder. HomeAnnex said it would take up to 14 business days for return approval. The Herbeau representative confirmed approval for returns but HomeAnnex still has not given us the RGA # (Return Goods Authorization Number). HomeAnnex is now totally non-responsive.

I don’t think the company should have sold items not in stock and charge us for these items. Had I known these items were not available in the first place, I would not have purchased it. I now owe my creditor over $2,000 for items I do not have. Since then, I’ve had to purchase my fixtures elsewhere and of lesser quality because I cannot afford to spend more.
