Experian Complaint - Mail Fraud - Credit Information
Credit Information - Complaint
ALLEN, TEXAS -- For 9 months, with numerous letters and email requests, this company refuses to comply with both state and federal governmental laws and correct false and fraudulant information routed thru the US Postal Service.
What is worse is that the state and ferderal govenment allows this lawbreaking. How many Sept. 11th's do we have to go thru before these agengies start enforcing the law.

Credit repair and debt validation has nothing to do with mail fraud. If the bureaus did get confirmation from the creditors in "error", then they did what they were suppose to, and you need to speak to the creditors that stated there were no errors.
