Pizza Hut Informative - Positive Response to Customers
COOLIDGE, ARIZONA -- Recently, we posted a problem we had with our local Pizza Hut and their new product, the P'Zone. To recap, we ordered two P'Zones, one pepperoni and the other meaty. When we got them home, the crust was not cooked all the way through, and the inside part of the dough and the filling was cold. We called Pizza Hut and they said they would fix us new ones. When we got them home, they were a little better, but the outside was burned and the inside was still on the slightly raw side. Even two attempts to reheat them failed. Crystal contacted Pizza Hut Corporate by email and told them of our problem.
After doing some checking, we were informed that the store had run out of P'Zone dough and had substituted pizza dough. Just as with pancake and waffle batter, the two types of dough are not the same. They sent us a coupon for a free pizza, and said they hoped we would try the P'Zone again sometime, not that the problem has been identified and addressed. The staff at the Coolidge Pizza Hut remained very polite and apologetic during the whole affair. Hats off to them.
