Sheer Elegance Complaint - Order not received - Bridal lingerie

GREENVILLE, SOUTH CAROLINA -- My purchase was a gift for a bridal shower. It was supposed to be delivered in 5-10 days. It has been 5 weeks and I have not received the order or any response to my e-mails or the letter I sent the sheer elegance. I made the mistake of ordering the order again thinking it didn't go through the first time. I get a response saying they receive my order, but I cannot reach them by phone or e-mail.

They sell bridal and wedding Lingerie.


Gee, 5 weeks and counting.
If they charged your credit card already, I will call the credit card company and ask them to reverse the charge.

here is something from their website

If the order confirmation you receive via email shows an item as in stock, but we later learn that the item is not in stock, you will receive 50% off of the item purchased.

If the item can not be delivered because it has been discountinued or is out of stock for more than 30 days, you will be refunded your money and receive a 50% off coupon good for your next purchase at Sheer Elegance. The 50% off applies to your entire order including your shipping and added tax."
Looks like you need to contact the dept of consumer affairs in SC and complain.

There is no way to contact them, no phone # and they do not respond to e-mail
