Driver's Auto Repair Complaint - Dishonesty

Review by spunky9 on 2007-07-05
THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS -- Driver's Auto Repair will not inform you of charges beforehand, and will install less quality products for your repairs. They installed low quality brakes on my truck, and did not inform me until I took it back for squeaking. I was told I needed a multi-function switch for my ford explorer, and almost paid for the labor plus parts equaling around $500. I declined and got a second opinion. I am so glad I did because I did not need that part. It was an electrical wiring issue instead. This business will try to scam off parts/labor for problems that you do not have!

Beware of this SCAMMING business!
