Red Lobster Complaint - Poor dining experience
ROCHESTER HILLS, MICHIGAN -- Upon entering red lobster and giving the hostess our name. We were given a buzzer that would sound when our name was called. We were told it would be about a twenty minute wait. We seated ourselves in the lobby and waited. We then noticed several people who came in after us were being seated. I approached the hostess and was told our name had been called and someone was seated under our name. How could that be if our buzzer never activated. We were then seated at table 44. I couldn't help but notice all the empty tables that were available as we were seated. I asked the waitress why we were made to wait with so many empty tables. Her reply was they were short staffed. Just as our meal was presented the women in the booth behind us became very ill. The staff and several nurses came to her aid and the ems was called in too. I was asked if our meal was acceptable I had asked for a medium rare steak and it came well done,and I know this sounds terrible but we just could not eat with all the stress this family was going through. I could not send our food back so we had our meal boxed up to bring home but our hearts were not in eating. We were at the Rochester Hills location #0497 transaction #1882038456.
