BMW Complaint - Unsatisfactions on delivery terms.
I am writing to you because I am a client of the BMW Group and I am very unsatisfied with the way I have been served by this company and it's Romania headquarters.
In March 2007 I ordered and configured a BMW X5 3.0D. I also paid a 1000euro guarantee for the contract and I was assured by the BMW dealer that by the end of May or the beginning of June I would receive my car. It is four weeks since I am being told that the car is in Germany and can not be delivered further to my country.
I am infuriated by the way things seem to work at BMW and am thinking seriously whether I am going to remain a client of this group.
If my car doesn't get here soon I intend to contact the auto press in my country and in Germany and also the consumer protection organizations.
