Friendly Electronics - GEICO Insurance Complaint - Poor Customer Service & Misleading Information

DALLAS, TEXAS -- A woman that has GEICO Insurance currently hit me. I took my car for inspection and took it to a body shop (Friendly Electronics) that they (GEICO) recommended. Needless to say this has been the worst experience I have ever had with an insurance company as well as a body shop. When work was suppose to be done it was not handled no one bothered to notify me. I have had to take numerous taxi rides and have been stranded at work and at home until I could find a ride to take me to work. Friendly Electronics is everything but friendly I was passed and transferred through three (3) different people every time I called. Just when I thought everything was handled it was not that way. I continued to be given the runaround. I am a very easygoing person but if I don't get the facts or common courtesy as an answer to my question(s) I get irratated. When I contacted the insurance company for resolution I never received a return phone call. I have contacted the supervisor and still no response. I work in an industry where customer service is a priority I don't think I was asking for too much.

In summary would never recommend any one to go to Friendly Electronics and to use State Farm Insurance rather than GEICO!

You say that you have State Farm. You should have had State Farm handle your accident, then have them go after the other ins co. That way it's your ins carrier, not you that has to deal with them. It may not be too late. Call your State Farm Agent/ Claim Rep and see if you can still go thru your own policy. It will be a whole lot eaiser.
