USAIR Complaint - WTF??
On 29 June 2007 my husband flew from Amsterdam to Philly. His connection to Boston was canceled AFTER they checked his bag for the connection. He rented a car and drove to meet me as connections for the following day could not be guaranteed. He filled out a form to have his bag routed to where we would be but it took 5 days to locate it. During the time it was missing no one from USAIR could tell us where it was, how long it would take, why they couldn't find it, etc.
We flew back to Amsterdam today and now my bag is missing as well as about 10 other passengers from our flight. My husband and I checked our bags together in Boston- his made it!
Our layover was in Philly, which is where I imagine my bag to be. Over the last week we have heard horror stories about USAIR and that a huge percentage of the problems are in Philadelphia! WTF??? If the problems are consistent and recurrent, why doesn't the company deal with them???
We have never flown USAIR before and never will again.
