Crowne Plaza Complaint - Reservation amenities repudiated
MILAN ITALY -- I reserved a room at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Milan Malpensa Airport thru Orbitz.com.
The reservation conformation clearly stated that hi-speed internet was included.
The Crowne Plaza hotel Duty Manager Mr. Fisal Albawoum (sp?) flatly refused to honor the written confirmation, and charged me 15 Euros per day. They claimed that Orbitz had made an error and I should get a refund from Orbitz.
I asked Crowne Plaza to resolve the error with Orbitz rather than burdening the innocent customer in the middle.
I give Crowne Plaza an F for customer service, based on the unhelpful and negative attitude displayed by their staff.
