Nextel Compliment - Harassed by Nextel
SEATAC, WASHINGTON -- The world thrives on communication today, which is why I'm so upset with Nextel Communications. Quite honestly, I'm beyond furious about this issue. In fact there isn't word strong enough for what I'm experiencing right now.
Here's my complaint:
I won'tgo into great detail about how this story that started in March (and has still yet to end in mid July) gets told about every 3 days in my office...
I won't go into great detail about how Sonja Soleberg (email@example.com) who
appeared to be so helpful in February, March, April, and May, now won't return my calls, or e-mails in June, July, and soon to be August.
I will not go into great details about how Nextel held over $2000 in deposits (for personal phones) for weeks and wouldn't ship my phones. I have a company issued phone from Nextel for business purposes.
I won't go into great details about how I had to repeatedly had to prove (down to the penny) that Nextel that they had my money.
I won't go into great detail about how, once I finally got someone to acknowledge that yes indeed Nextel was holding that money AND refusing to ship my phones that they then wouldn't return that money to the EXACT same credit card account that they took it from because they believed that I wasn't me.
I won't go into detail about how someone actually told me that they were sitting in a warehouse awaiting to be shipped.
I won't go into great detail about having to repeatedly provide the same information again and again... This was almost to the point of having to supply a birth certificate and my divorce papers
to prove I was who I said I was all for Nextel to return my money to the EXACT same credit card account from which they procured it from.
I won't go into great detail about how I had to threaten legal action, prove I was me again, and now to add insult to injury explain several times that I had nothing to do with Nextel via phone conversations.
I won't go into great detail about how I then started receiving Nextel invoices and Nextel updates via e-mail.
I WILL HOWEVER GO INTO GREAT DETAIL ABOUT HOW UTTERLY, TOTALLY, COMPLETELY DISGUSTED I AM WITH NEXTEL, and how if I had my way that my company would drop Nextel like a hot potato, but I don't have that kind of time... I have a life
I've obviously taken my business elsewhere. And I've told EVERY person I know about my negative experience in hopes they can avoid it.
All I want is for Nextel to:
1. Cancel this account
2. Quit sending me invoices. Mind you they are zero balence invoices, but they are still annoying
3. Remove me from all mailing lists. This includes the very annoying e-mials that I recieve at work.
In this age of modern communication, seemingly simple things should not go unresolved. Yet I'm afraid that I may have to look into the harassment laws in my area and try to file suit in order be to done with Nextel, but why should I hae to?
