Raymour and Flannigan Informative - Furniture - repairs on furniture

I purchased 3 rooms of furniture and there was something wrong with a piece from each room meaning that we could not empty boxes from our move until the furniture was repaired. When I complained I was told they were "following my complaints and doing what I asked". I told them I shouldn't have to ask; they should check the furniture before they deliver it.

I am very dissatisfied with the furniture I received and having to wait all day one day a week for repairs/replacements.
