FEDERAL WAY, WASHINGTON -- I went in to have my car checked for electrical problems. The mechanic and his analyzer could find nothing wrong, including the battery test. The manager then came out and said I had a bad battery. I bought a new Interstate battery. A few months later the battery was dead. I had an independent mechanic check it and it would not hold a charge. I went back to Sparks and spoke to the manager about the battery and that I probably did not need it in the first place. He said that the battery was just fine and held a charge. Nobody else has been able to get that battery to hold a charge. I spent about $150 and got nothing except lies and a dead battery.

Hello. Interstate batteries have a 800 number where you can call and get help (right on the battery). That should have been your first step after they gave you the cold shoulder.
