RENTON, WASHINGTON -- Over 2 years ago my fiancé and I went to the Jewelry Exchange in Renton, Washington to purchase a engagement ring. We did so and at first we were happy. After a year the diamond did not look the same. We went back to the store to upgrade the diamond into a wedding set. First they could not find the paperwork that they had even sold us the ring. We waited over 3 hours to receive nothing but rude service from a lady whom works there. She told us that there was nothing else she could do. Did she forget we were the customer back for the 2nd time to purchase over a $1000.00 in a diamond. She spoke down to me, That day I left the store crying. This was suppose to be a great experience to be getting married. I would be wearing this diamond for the rest of my life. I called her manager who did not do anything. I called the corporate office and spoke with the VP and received nothing not even a apology for how there employee had treated me. I sent an email through there web site and received no response. I called and left a message for the president and received no call. I then gave up and went to the Shane Company they told me that they thought the diamond had been ejected with a fluid to make it look better, but the more you clean it or wear it the worse it will look. Also it has a inclusion in it that if we were to take it out of the setting it would crack in half. What a piece of Junk I have been wearing for 2 years. And to think that I still see there ad's on TV and they guarantee satisfaction. What a joke. I would like a refund for this diamond.
