Vonage Complaint - Breaking their contract
WYOMING, MICHIGAN -- They have repeatedly not come through with satisfactory customer service. My 3 way calling has never worked. They gave me a second line with a different number for which I am paying and I knew nothing about. I need to pay $40 cancellation fee even though I've been trying to cancel for over 30 days. No one speaks English enough to understand my complaint. Refused by Von, that was her name, to speak to a supervisor. The price is not what they quoted. No month free as promised. Total nightmare. They are not intelligent. They tell you to disconnect the Vonage device and reset your phone, when told that this would disconnect us, they have no idea. They promise to call back with further advice and do not.
Please somehow let the FCC read my complaint that I placed online. There is no way to contact these people.
