Gas Meter Reading and Customer Service - Complaint
SCHAUMBURG, ILLINOIS -- I agree, I just dealt with NICOR Customer Service and was treated extremely rudely and argumentatively by one of their employees. I had an issue with what I believe is an erroneous meter reading and I went around in circles with them regarding this. I wanted someone to verify it was incorrect and I was told finally that I would just have to trust the meter reader. It seems that NICOR feels that we should trust the Fox in the Hen house.
These Monopolies seem to feel they can do whatever they want.
