Wal-Mart Complaint - Bad Experience
GULFSHORES, ALABAMA -- I went to the Gulf shores walmart this morning and spoke with someone about getting my tires change I was told by the associate that my warrenty would cover my tire change and all I needed to do was go to Big 10 tire and get my care aligned and that to bring it back with the slip that he had given me and that they would replace my tires. So I did just that when I returned I spoke to a diffrent associate and he told me no that was not the case that I had to pay to get my tires replace I told him what I was told and he said that there was nothing he could do and he was very nice about it , but I still did not feel that it was right so I ask to speak to a manager and they called over the phone and told the associate to honor what I was told and once again I was told that I would not have to pay for my tires and then after about 45 min the store manager ( not very friendly at all) asked me to come look at my tires and she then informed me that I was liar because her associate would not have told me that my tires would be covered and I explained to her that is what he told me. I was under the impression that the information that I was given that morning was correct. I feel the associate should have explained this to me that morning and I would not have wasted a whole day with this issue I don't feel like I was treated properly by the store manager because the issue was handle very poorly.
