Dempsey Dodge, Plano IL Complaint - Refund due to the customer

PLANO, ILLINOIS -- In Jan. 2007 I purchase a new auto along with GAP coverage and ext. warranty. Three days later I cancelled the GAP and EXT. warranty. I filled out the paperwork with Mr. Dempsey. Her said it would take about 30 days to receive my refund. In April I received the warranty refund. Since then I have been calling and asking about the GAP refund of $595.00 but to no avail. It is now about six months later and all I have received are excuses from Mr. Dempsey and the rest of his staff.

This dealership advertises "At Dempsey, we want you to be a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!" What a joke!!!!

What is GAP coverage?

GAP is insurance to cover the differnce of what you owe VS what the car is worth in the event of a total loss.
