Siren Audio Compliment - Great Customer Service

CASA GRANDE, ARIZONA -- I purchased an ILO 1 GB MP3 Player at Wal-Mart after returning an RCA player that blew out the second day. After about 3 weeks, the on/off button on the ILO quit working, and I had to take the battery out to turn it off. I looked in the paperwork and found a number for customer service. I called it and got a person named 'Jackie". He walked me through several tests to see if it was something minor. After the tests, Jackie gave me the address for Siren Audio, in Waco, TX. Siren apparently makes the ILO brand for Wal-Mart MP3 players. I packaged up the player, as directed, and sent it off to Waco. Jackie had told me that I would have a repaired or replaced unit in about 3 weeks. I had sent it Priority Mail, and they received it on June 18. On July 9, I sent an email to Jackie, just wanting to touch base with him. This turned out to be embarrassing, as on July 10, I received a box VIA UPS. In the box was a brand new, in the box, ILO 2GB player. The upgrade amazed me, as it was unexpected. I am tickled with the professional and friendly attitude of Jackie, and the fact that Siren replaced a unit with a better one.

Kudos to Siren Audio.
