PHOENIX -- My air conditioner quit working, and I called the warranty service. The tech that they sent did not even take the covers off of the equipment, he just looked at the unit and said that it was not capable of cooling the house. This is July, and the temperature in the house is around 90, and the warranty company will not repair the unit.
The service is worthless.
