Greater Boston Concierge Complaint - Hp Customer Service - The Worst I Have Ever Experienced
CAMBRIDGE, MASSACHUSETTS -- I am writing this before the problem has been resolved, i am not sure it ever will be. I know that when this computer gets fixed, i will see it and NEVER use HP again!
This is my story...
After 1-month power supply went bad.
Called. They said it would take a month at least to fix if I sent it.
I purchased extended warrant @ $169.99 for a technician to come out within 2 days. At the end of the call they told me it would be 3days (11th) before the part arrived and 4 days (12th) before the tech would arrive.
On the 11th, they charged my account 169.99 then another 178.49 for no reason. When I called they had no record and didn’t know why it was charged. I also spoke about the fact the part had never arrive. The brushed it off and told me maybe the technician would arrive with the part. The next day the additional 178.49 was credited to my bank account but neither the technician nor the part ever arrived.
Above, I have only stated the hard cold facts, not the fact that they really don’t speak English well, or UNDERSTAND it well. Not the fact that reps have told me ‘its not their problem’ or each time I called I stayed on the phone an access of a half hour, sometimes going over 2 hours or 15 minutes on hold (This is NO EXAGGERATION) not the fact that after all of this they tell me “he’ll show up sometime tomorrow, but I don’t know when”
