eBay Complaint - Suspended, charged and not notified what for
For the past 6 months, probably more now that I think about it, eBay has been charging me and suspending my account without giving comprehensible reason!
I tried to sell something when this all started, then changed my mind and withdrew the sale. I was charged just under $3 for listing fees, which I paid. About 2 weeks later, I was sent a suspension notice and bill for a little more than $3. I paid this, was reinstated and continued on with life. 2 weeks following, it happened again, the price doubling. I sent an email to Ebay asking what it was about. Fearing the loss of my account and feeling frustrated at the lack of response from Ebay customer help, I paid the amount again. All was fine. For two weeks. Again, and again, again it happened, with the price now hovering at about $41 which had started from about $2.70. I had sent Ebay countless emails requesting the problem, reason for charge and why it wasn't going through. Lack of response again.
This time, I've been suspended and can't even access the page to pay for the "outstanding amount", for this interesting reason: the outstanding amount is $0.00 and I am STILL suspended! If this has happened to someone else, please help me fix it! It's ridiculous and Ebay customer help is NO HELP AT ALL.
