Woodforest National Bank Informative - Banking Your Way Every Day... and Night!

NORTH CAROLINA -- So, I decided to do an online search for Woodforest and see what I could find. Mainly I was looking for articles or comments in relation to the bank and customer service. I havent found a whole lot. But then again I am very impatient.... Well what I did find was of course "mixed reviews" which is not at all a suprise to me. I get these feelings everyday. I am an employee with Woodforest National Bank, and have been for 1 1/2 years now. Woodforest tends to cater more to people with previous banking isssues... such as unpaid closures and what not... Dont complain about our fees or the fact that you have a monthly service charge. YES we have a $32 overdraft fee.. which would be about average or less than. Here is some advice if you dont like the fee... Dont OVERDRAFT your account. It really is that simple. I take pride in the customer service that I provide and I feel like Woodforest DOES care about their customers. We are open 7 days a week and 24 hrs a day in some locations. We are open extended hours and have immediate deposit availability to our customers. If you are wrongly charged a fee WE have no problem giving you that refund. And if you are one of those people who cannot get an account anywhere because you've had your chance... a couple of times... Woodforest is willing to give you ANOTHER chance. Who else does that?! This bank is a great concept and will be a huge part in changing the way the WORLD banks... I do recommend Woodforest National Bank... Do some research...check us out at www.woodforest.com
