Lion Group Complaint -
KUALA LUMPUR, MASSACHUSETTS -- I feel so regret to use your company product that is Scooter (VS125).
I bought that scooter in January 2002. For the past three month using it, I felt so happy because no problem has been occurred. However, during the fifth month the scooter started have problems.
Firstly, the scooter have a problem of spark plug.Then, it occurs again. The advised given by mechanic only change the spark plug. Since that, I felt so worried and always spared another spark plug in my scooter.
Secondly, my scooter is hard to move forward after I press it. It take me to press much harder to move. It really scared me. It also consume more oil.
I did call Lion Motor Suzuki in Shah Alam, but the explaination that obtained was disappointed me.Currently, they are moving to Segambut Tengah. I am so regret because the mechanic can not solved my scooter problem.
Since my guarantee is already out, I seek your cooperation to advise and help me to sove the problem. I am looking forward your soonest reply. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.
