Dish Network Complaint - Closed Caption-Dish Network
94550, CALIFORNIA -- I'm truly disappointed. I received a brand new HDTV and signed up for satelite cable for more HD channels. Dish Network installed HD/DVR box and it was going well for a few months...until recently, the captioned became more irregular every day. Some day, it was on and some day, it was off. I called customer service to share this minor problem. One representative said it has to do with software and bear with them for the latest updated software. And the other representative said that it has to do with my TV, there is something wrong with my TV. I'm Deaf and using closed caption all my life. It has nothing to do with my HDTV. It's BRAND new. The issue is more of satelite issue. They couldn't solve my problem. I'm going to switch to a different cable company. Sigh...
