Sprint/Nextel Complaint - What Happened when sprint took over
MASSACHUSETTS -- I have had a nextel for years. THEN SPRINT TOOK OVER AND THATS THE END. Nextel service was the best in my area. I have been trying to work with SPRINT "TOGETHER WITH NEXTEL" for over a year now. the services just get worse. It is now to the point that if I want to speak with a rep. I go in through billing because I wait on hold forever if I go to customer service through tech support. (they will always answer the phone quickly if they think they are getting money from you)Yes I found out that there is no special line for customer service tech support they are all the same. After you tell them your issues, they try to get you to switch to SPRINT, like I am going to do THAT. If the nextel service cannot be relied on and they are owned by sprint then I cannot rely on SPRINT. A WORD OF WARNING TO EVERYONE WHO HAS NEXTEL OR SPRINT: RUN DON'T WALK TO THE NEAREST COMPETITOR! They have already confessed to me that they are trying to get all the Nextel customers over to Sprint.
This "HYBRID" phone is a mere stepping stone to accomplish this goal.
